I had my first baby in March 2010 and when baby was born, I tipped the scales at 98kg's. I gradually dropped to 85kg but body tone was an issue to me and I could just not get rid of the “bits and pieces” that were bothering me. I wanted to get back to my original weight of 70kg.I decided to join Pilates classes with Laura-May in July 2011. It was the best decision I could have made for myself and for my body. I have strengthened and toned within 5 months and lost 4kg's too. I am now a healthy 74kg's and loving Pilates. Even though Laura-May makes us work really hard, her classes are fun and vibrant. Class times and venue are convenient and suit my lifestyle perfectly especially with a little person. I have regained my energy and I feel great! |

I have been doing Pilates for three years with Laura-May and have never felt better. Strengthening my core has done it all for me and daily activities which used to be tedious are now done with ease. I highly recommend Pilates to everyone I speak to, encouraging them to start classes as it has worked wonders for me. I am nowhere near perfect in routine yet but I am constantly striving to improve myself. I know I can do it, I do not let my age stop me from working harder |

I am a senior citizen (63), who started Pilates classes with three other ladies of the same age group, about two and a half years ago. I joined with the impression that I may move onto another form of exercise after 3 or 4 lessons. However, I found the benefits attained were tremendous and I obtained great relief from the debilitating effects of advanced osteo-arthritis from which I suffer. We are literally addicted to Pilates; and find classes with Laura-May, while exacting, also great fun. My advice to any beginner is to get started and you WILL be pleasantly surprised at not only great the health benefits which Pilates provides, but as well as the toning of muscles and body |

I started Pilates a few months after having my baby, to strengthen my tummy and get back to my pre-preggie body. The class is calming, but intense and I can feel my muscles working hard every time. Laura-May is dedicated and passionate, giving real focus to each person, and I so appreciate this individual attention. It's different every time so I don't get bored, and I work my whole body. I love every session! |

I started doing Pilates about 5 years ago as I had continuous back problems. It is the only exercise which helps my back. I get up in the morning without having to crawl out of bed and battle to stand up straight! Pilates definitely works for me! |
