During the warmer days the class is taken outside on the lawn where the slight breeze cools you down as you go through the 60 min routines that work every part of your body.

The pilates in motion classes with Tracy Williams is held in the hall of the Grace Presbyterian Church in Camoens Avenue Monte Vista, opposite the big park .
